The posting

Осуществлять поиск и подбор закладных в Архиве организации в соответствии с поступающими запросам на временное или постоянное изъятие. Осуществлять сканирование закладных, с их последующим возвратом на хранение. Участвовать в процессе первичного приёма закладных, поступающих в Организацию. Собственными силами осуществлять доставку закладных в отделения Банка ВТБ в пределах города Москвы. Принимать входящие документы от представителей сторонних организаций. Выдавать исходящие документы представителям сторонних организаций. Составлять и подписывать акты приема-передачи документов и проверять наличие действующих доверенностей у представителей сторонних организаций. Осуществлять получение и отправку корреспонденции через отделения почтовой связи от подразделений Общества. Вести учет отправляемых и получаемых документов. Осуществлять обработку почтовой корреспонденции перед отправкой (оформление конвертов, упаковка документов в конверты, определение веса отправлений и др.). Оформлять отправления в личном кабинете Почты России. Формировать списки почтовых отправлений в соответствии с требованиями Почты России. Во время отсутствия курьера или по указанию Начальника Канцелярии: осуществлять доставку / получение различного рода документов, корреспонденции, мелких посылок, бандеролей, пакетов клиентам и партнерам Общества (в т.ч. Банк России, СФР, НПФ, управляющие компании, банки и депозитарии, налоговые органы и иные организации). Принимать участие в приёме на архивное хранение документов от структурных подразделений Общества. Оказывать содействие структурным подразделениям в формировании и оформлении документов Общества при передаче в Архив. Принимать участие в упорядочивании и систематизации документов, переданных на хранение в Архив Общества.

Оконченное высшее профессиональное образование; - Грамотная устная и письменная речь; - Аккуратность в обращении с документами; - Навыки работы на персональном компьютере (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, интернет-браузеры), умение пользоваться оргтехникой; - Хорошее знание Москвы, умение ориентироваться и выбирать оптимальный маршрут; - Ответственный подход к работе пунктуальность, исполнительность, вежливость. Строго без опыта работы, так как это квотированная ставка, выделенная под категорию "молодежь без опыта работы".
