The posting

Обеспечение работоспособности промышленного ПО систем управления крупной техникой (краны, экскаваторы, бетонные заводы, буровые установки), системы телеметрии и диагностики. Контроль, обновление и адаптация встроенного ПО. Настройка и сопровождение систем мониторинга техники в реальном времени. Удалённая и выездная диагностика программных отказов на технике заказчика, восстановление работоспособности ПО после сбоев, критические исправления. Взаимодействие с инженерами-мехатрониками и разработчиками в Китае перевод требований по ПО для российской эксплуатации, участие в приёмке новых моделей техники. Ведение базы версий ПО и прошивок для каждой модели техники, контроль лицензионной чистоты промышленного ПО. Разработка регламентов и инструкций по работе с ПО для сервисных инженеров и операторов техники, проведение внутреннего обучения. Управление, настройка и мониторинг серверных операционных систем и систем Планирование, контроль выполнения резервного копирования критически важных данных и проверка их восстановления. Контроль процессов обновления программного и аппаратного обеспечения, ведение их инвентаризации. Внедрение и поддержание стандартов информационной безопасности в рамках своей компетенции. Взаимодействие с вендорами по вопросам гарантийного обслуживания и лицензирования ПО.

Понимание архитектуры систем управления тяжелой техникой: контроллеры PLC, дисплеи оператора, CAN-сети, датчики, гидравлика с электронным управлением. Опыт работы хотя бы с одной из SCADA-систем (WinCC, Intouch, MasterSCADA) и сред разработки под контроллеры (TIA Portal, CODESYS, TwinCAT). Уверенное знание промышленных протоколов: CANopen, J1939, Modbus, PROFIBUS, Ethernet/IP. Навыки чтения электрических и функциональных схем техники. Желательно: знание языков C / C++ (для понимания встроенного ПО), Python (для скриптов телеметрии), базовые навыки работы с Linux (в промышленных панелях оператора). Умение работать с диагностическим ПО (например, CANalyzer, PCAN-Explorer, собственные утилиты Zoomlion).
