Выполнять сменно-суточные задания. Подготавливать плавильные печи к плавке. Контролировать перед заливкой качество футеровки и прогрева ковша Проводить плавку цветных металлов и их сплавов в печах и горнах различных конструкций. Загружать короб скипового подъемника шихтой согласно расчету. Подавать шихту с помощью скипового подъемника в короб загрузочной машины. Контролировать температуру металла в процессе плавки. Обрабатывать сплав флюсом. Производить заливку образца для контроля химического состава и механических свойств металла. Транспортировать ковш с металлом к раздаточной печи сопротивления. Проверять состояние печи, контрольно-измерительной аппаратуры, оборудования, стеллажей, наличие и исправность барьеров и ограждений. Осуществлять мероприятия по предупреждению брака и повышению качества продукции. Отвечать за качество выполняемых работ. Проверять наличие, качество материала и инструмента. Управлять подъемно-транспортными механизмами. Вести оперативный учет выполнения сменных заданий. Применять средства индивидуальной и коллективной защиты. Выполнять требования безопасности, установленные инструкциями, правилами, технической документацией. Строго соблюдать требования нормативных актов об охране труда и окружающей среды, правила безопасного обращения с оборудованием, машинами, механизмами. Строго соблюдать производственную, трудовую дисциплину и правила внутреннего трудового распорядка.

Опыт работы: не менее шести месяцев работы по более низкому (предшествующему) разряду для прошедших профессиональное обучение или не менее трех месяцев работы по более низкому (предшествующему) разряду для получивших среднее профессиональное образование.
