Участие в научной деятельности по биомедицинскому искуственному интеллекту (ИИ); Постановка задач, планирование и проведение исследований; Проведение экспериментов с нейронными сетями для задач компьютерного зрения; Участие в подготовке отчётных материалов, подготовка публикаций на конференции A* и в журналы Q1. Задачи, которыми предстоит заниматься: Задачи детекции, сегментации, поиск аномалий, классификации на данных медицинской визуализации (сегментация плохо различимой патологии на 3D данных для low contrast данных; система виртуального окрашивания для гистологических срезов с помощью генеративных моделей (GAN, Diffusion-based); восстановление 3D формы объекта по снимкам с разных ракурсов (например, по 2-мерным проекциям УЗИ); Работа с мультимодальными данными (табличные, текстовые данные, изображения).

Степень кандидата наук/PhD (физ-мат или технических наук) - обязательно; Чтение и анализ научной литературы, опыт написания научных статей; Желание развиваться в прикладном компьютерном зрении для биомедицинских задач; Знание Python и основных библиотек для анализа данных и компьютерного зрения (OpenCV, scikit-image, PyTorch, Pandas, SciPy); Опыт реализации и воспроизведения архитектур из научных статей; Опыт проведения вычислительных экспериментов; Умение планировать и реализовывать научную деятельность. Преимуществом будет: Опыт работы с биомедицинскими данными 2D (УЗИ, рентген, гистология) и 3D (KT, МРТ, ПЭТ); Опыт участия в научных грантах (РНФ, РФФИ и другие), написания заявок и отчётов.
