проведение программ обучения в аудиторном формате и online (по готовому материалу) для руководителей подразделений Холдинга "РЖД" по направлениям развития управленческих компетенций, soft-навыков, проведение деловых игр, конференций, круглых столов, модерационных сессий, стратегических семинаров в рамках реализации комплексных проектов Университета; осуществление анализа анкет обратной связи, отзывов и предложений слушателей в части проведения программ обучения; участие в разработке и адаптации методических материалов для программ обучения под потребности Заказчиков; участие в научно-исследовательской работе Корпоративного университета РЖД с целью создания новых технологий, инструментов обучения и развития слушателей и работников Корпоративного университета РЖД; написание и подготовка к изданию учебно-дидактических пособий, научных статей, докладов и т.п.

дополнительное образование: тренинг для тренеров - обязательно; дополнительное обучение или повышение квалификации по темам, включающим в себя одну или несколько из перечисленных: менеджмент, стратегическое мышление, аналитика и прогнозирование, экономика, финансы, бухгалтерский учет, soft-навыки, управление рисками; опыт проведения корпоративных тренингов для руководителей от 2 лет (в т.ч. на производственных предприятиях); знание железнодорожной специфики будет являться преимуществом; опыт реализации проектов по обучению руководителей менеджменту, soft-навыкам (управленческий цикл; управление изменениями, инновациями, рисками, персоналом; стратегическое, системное мышление; аналитика и прогнозирование; проектный, процессный подходы; персональная эффективность; стресс-менеджмент; принятие эффективных управленческих решений; работа с информацией, командная работа, адаптация, наставничество, эмоциональный интеллект и др.); опыт реализации обучения с использованием дистанционных образовательных технологий обязателен (ТренингСпейс, zoom, webinar.ru, MIRO, Холст и др.) высокий уровень развития тренерских компетенций; готовность работать в режиме многозадачности и интенсивной учебной нагрузки (в среднем, 3-4 полноценных 8-часовых тренинг-дня в неделю); грамотная письменная и устная речь; готовность к командировкам; отличные коммуникативные навыки.
