Управление проектами внедрения: Руководство проектами внедрения информационных систем (MES, ERP, EAM, BI) на предприятиях нефтегазовой отрасли на всех этапах от создания концепции до сдачи в промышленную эксплуатацию; Взаимодействие с заказчиками: сбор исходных данных, изучение предметной области, сбор функциональных требований, концептуальное проектирование; Подготовка технико-коммерческих предложений, технических заданий, проектной и эксплуатационной документации; Организация и участие в совещаниях с Заказчиками, проведение презентаций и обучения пользователей; Проведение приёмочных испытаний, подготовка отчётов, закрытие объёмов работ, контроль дебиторской задолженности. Координация команды внедрения: Календарное планирование работ, распределение задач и контроль их выполнения; Руководство специалистами по внедрению: контроль настройки бизнес-процессов в конструкторе (Camunda/BPMN), загрузки и валидации данных, формирование отчетов и витрин, написания SQL-запросов; Организация функционального тестирования внедряемых решений, внутренняя приёмка; Анализ работы команды, выявление отставаний от графика, корректировка планов. Работа с данными и процессами: Контроль корректности отчетов, витрин, моделирования и настройки бизнес-процессов в конструкторе; Проверка структур данных, связей между объектами системы, корректности формирования показателей; Участие в подготовке и загрузке больших массивов данных (Excel, CSV); Взаимодействие с командой разработки по уточнению функциональных требований. Взаимодействие с руководством компании: Подготовка ТКП, презентаций, технико-экономических обоснований, отчётов по проектам.

Опыт внедрения ERP / MES / корпоративных информационных систем от 1-3 лет; Опыт управления проектами в роли руководителя проекта, ведущего аналитика или руководителя группы внедрения; Опыт командной работы, календарного, финансового и технического планирования проектов; Понимание принципов работы реляционных баз данных, навыки написания SQL-запросов; Опыт взаимодействия с заказчиками на всех этапах проекта; Уверенное владение MS Excel (сложные формулы, обработка больших массивов данных); Техническое образование (IT, автоматизация, прикладная информатика, нефтегаз). Знание методологий водопад, Agile (Scrum); Будет преимуществом: Опыт работы в нефтегазовой отрасли или промышленном секторе; Опыт работы с промышленными системами (SCADA, АСУ ТП, MES); Опыт работы с конструкторами бизнес-процессов (BPMN, Camunda); Понимание процессов добычи, подготовки, транспортировки и переработки нефти и газа.
