- Проводить контроль качества лекарственных средств на стадиях транспортировки, приема, хранения и отпуска. - Осуществлять отпуск лекарственных средств и изделий медицинского назначения по требованиям старших медицинских сестер отделений и подразделений, фельдшеров ФАП, участковых больниц и врачебных амбулаторий. - Принимать участие в приемке товара, его распределении по местам хранения по фармацевтическим группам. - Обеспечивать условия хранения лекарственных средств и изделий медицинского назначения в соответствии с их физико-химическими свойствами и действующими правилами хранения. Содержать помещения для хранения лекарственных средств в соответствии с требованиями СанПиН. - Осуществлять рациональную организацию труда. - Проводить санитарно-просветительную и информационную работу среди сотрудников о лекарственных средствах и изделиях медицинского назначения, их применении и хранении в домашних условиях. - Определять правильности оформления требований на различные лекарственные средства, с учетом существующих требований по их отпуску. - Выполнять требования гигиены труда, техники безопасности, противопожарной безопасности и производственной санитарии. - Осуществлять контроль сроков годности лекарственных средств. - Обеспечивать соблюдение фармацевтического порядка и санитарно-гигиенического режима на рабочем месте. - Оформлять документацию по фармацевтической деятельности, рациональному использованию производственного оборудования, приборов, аппаратов, средств малой механизации, электронно-вычислительной и компьютерной техники. - Вести программу медицинская информационная система "Статистика", Персонифицированный учет лекарственных препаратов. - Вести работу с незарегистрированными, фальсифицированными и контрафактными лекарственными препаратами. - На основании Федерального закона от 12.04.2010 № 61-ФЗ Об обращении лекарственных средств производить маркировку лекарственных препаратов. - Вести учетно-отчетную документацию, ежемесячно предоставлять в бухгалтерию учреждения отчет о движении лекарственных средств. - Проводить ежедневную регистрацию параметров температуры, влажности в помещении для хранения лекарственных средств, температуру внутрихолодильного оборудовани
