Оказание медицинской помощи Неотложная и экстренная помощь. Оценка состояния пациента, требующего срочных мер; оказание помощи при внезапных острых заболеваниях, обострениях хронических болезней без явных признаков угрозы жизни; распознавание и купирование состояний, угрожающих жизни (включая клиническую смерть), включая проведение базовой сердечно-лёгочной реанимации. Обследование для установления диагноза. Сбор жалоб и анамнеза, проведение полного физикального обследования (осмотр, пальпация, перкуссия, аускультация). Формулирование предварительного диагноза, составление плана лабораторных и инструментальных исследований. Обоснование необходимости консультаций узких специалистов или госпитализации. Назначение и контроль лечения. Подбор медикаментозной и немедикаментозной терапии, оценка её эффективности и безопасности, при необходимости коррекция схемы. Определение показаний к госпитализации и выписка рецептов. Медицинская реабилитация. Разработка и контроль реализации индивидуальных программ реабилитации, оценка способности пациента к трудовой деятельности.
