Визуальный контроль уровня технических и технологических параметров доильно-молочного оборудования Очистка рабочих поверхностей оборудования и его составных частей от загрязнений и остатков обрабатываемого продукта Проверка работоспособности оборудования и его составных частей путем последовательного включения в работу подмывание вымени теплой водой (около 40 C), сдаивание первых струек молока в специальную кружку для визуального контроля мастита, обтирание сосков одноразовыми салфетками. - Надевание доильных стаканов на соски согласно регламенту (не позднее 60 90 секунд после начала стимуляции вымени). - Подготовка материалов, используемых для обработки вымени животных - Оценка санитарно-гигиенического состояния животных, в том числе осмотр вымени, перед доением - Обработка вымени животных перед доением с целью удаления загрязнений и дезинфекции - Массаж вымени животных 2.3. Доение: - Включение доильного аппарата - Надевание доильных стаканов на соски вымени - Контроль за работой доильного аппарата: следит за уровнем вакуума, частотой пульсаций, герметичностью соединений. - Машинное додаивание и своевременное снятие аппарата сразу после прекращения молокоотдачи во избежание травм сосков и гиперкератоза. - Отключение доильного аппарата - Снятие доильных стаканов с сосков вымени животного - Первичную обработку вымени после доения: погружение или опрыскивание сосков специальным полимерным дезинфицирующим средством обработки сосков после доения. - Выявление животных с признаками заболеваний (мастит, хромота), изолировать животное, имеющее визуальные признаки мастита (хлопья, кровь, изменение цвета молока), немедленно прекратить доение аппаратом, провести ручное додаивание (при необходимости), промаркировать корову и передать данные ветеринарному врачу. - Санитарную обработку оборудования: разборку, промывку линии молокопровода и аппаратов щелочными и кислотными растворами.
