В рамках агентских соглашений с авиакомпаниями осуществляет продажи грузовых авиаперевозок на внутрироссийских и международных авиалиниях. Более 10 лет на рынке логистических услуг. В штате более 60 опытных специалистов. Рынок переформатируется. Мы находимся в поиске сотрудников, которые могут обеспечить рост продаж. Трансберри — логистическая компания с 15-летней экспертизой. Мы организуем перевозки по России и международным направлениям, специализируемся на генеральных, фармацевтических и температурных грузах. Сейчас развиваем международное направление и ищем B2B-продавца, который умеет находить новых клиентов и развивать их до регулярных перевозок. Что предлагаем: Оклад от 115 000 ₽ + высокий процент от маржинального дохода. Средний доход менеджера — 150 000 – 250 000 ₽ . Понятная система оценки: результативные звонки, запросы на расчёт, встречи, новые договоры, выполнение плана по маржинальному доходу. Обучение продукту и поддержка при подготовке сложных логистических решений. График 5/2 Удалённый формат. Компания с 15-летней экспертизой и собственной операционной командой. Чем предстоит заниматься: Активно привлекать новых B2B-клиентов. Выходить на ЛПР и проводить переговоры. Выявлять потребности и получать запросы на расчёт перевозок. Готовить и презентовать коммерческие предложения. Вести клиента от первого контакта до договора и первой перевозки. Развивать новых клиентов и выстраивать долгосрочное сотрудничество. Выполнять план по маржинальному доходу. Вести клиентскую базу и фиксировать действия в CRM. Кого мы ищем: Опыт активных B2B-продаж от 2 лет — холодные звонки, выход на ЛПР, закрытие сделок. Умение самостоятельно искать и привлекать клиентов. Уверенные переговоры с ЛПР. Ориентация на результат и выполнение плана. Системность в работе с CRM.
