The posting

2.1. Обеспечивать сохранение хозяйственного инвентаря, его восстановление и пополнение, а также соблюдение чистоты в помещениях и на прилегающей территории. 2.2. Наблюдать за состоянием помещений и принимает меры по своевременному их ремонту. 2.3. Вести журнал производства работ, документацию по учету выполненных работ и рабочего времени, исполнительную техническую документацию. 2.4. Участвовать в показе приемной комиссии объектов, этапов и отдельных комплексов работ, строительство которых завершено. 2.5. Готовить фронт работ для субподрядных организаций, участвует в приеме выполненных работ. 2.6. Составлять акты на скрытые работы, акты на выполненные работы. 2.7. Организовывать объектное складское хозяйство и охрану материальных ценностей. 2.8. Устанавливать производственные задания мастерам и контролирует их выполнение. 2.9. Учить рабочих безопасным методам выполнения работ, проводить производственный инструктаж непосредственно на рабочем месте, о чем делает запись в специальном журнале учета инструктажей. 2.10. Обеспечивать эффективное применение технологической оснастки, строительных машин, энергетических установок, транспортных средств и средств защиты рабочих. 2.11. Контролировать соблюдение рабочими норм при переносе веса, правил и норм охраны труда, производственной и трудовой дисциплины, правил внутреннего распорядка. 2.12. Участвовать в рассмотрении причин аварий; разрабатывать меры по их устранению и предупреждению. 2.13. Разрабатывать предложения по совершенствованию структуры парка машин, повышение сменности их работы, внедрения прогрессивных технологий выполнения работ. 2.14. Проводить анализ пожарной безопасности университета, разработку приказов, инструкций и положений, устанавливающих должный противопожарный режим в университете. 2.15. Организовывать и контролировать прохождение всеми работниками противопожарных инструктажей. 2.16. Участвовать в расследовании, оформлять и вести учет случаев пожаров, вспышек, пострадавших и погибших на пожарах, определять материальный ущерб от пожара в университете. 2.17. Разрабатывать (участвовать в разработке) инструкций, устанавливающих основные направления обеспечения систем предотвращения пожара и противопожарной защиты в университете, порядок обеспечения безопасности людей и сохранности материальных ценностей, а также создание условий для успешного тушения пожаров. 2.18. Нести ответственность за газовое хозяйство Университета. 2.19. Обеспечивать безопасное функционирование вверенного ему оборудования, своевременную замену вышедшего из строя или неисправного газового оборудования.
