Обеспечивает соблюдение законности в деятельности общества и правовую защиту его интересов; Разрабатывает или принимает участие в разработке документов правового характера; Осуществляет правовую экспертизу проектов приказов, инструкций, положений, стандартов и других актов правового характера, подготавливает и визирует их; Осуществляет мониторинг ранее принятых локальных документов на соответствие действующему законодательству, готовит предложения по их приведению в соответствии с действующим законодательством; Принимает участие в работе по заключению хозяйственных договоров, проводит их правовую экспертизу; Оказывает правовую помощь при проведении претензионной работы, по подготовке и передаче необходимых материалов в судебные и арбитражные органы; Проводит обобщение и анализ судебных дел и судебной практики по вопросам заключения и исполнения хозяйственных договоров с целью разработки предложений по улучшению финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, укреплению договорной и финансовой дисциплины; Участвует в подготовке и осуществлении мероприятий по укреплению трудовой дисциплины, регулированию социально-трудовых отношений; Оказывает правовую помощь структурным подразделениям Общества (отделам) в подготовке и оформлении пояснений, разногласий по итогам проведения проверок контролирующими организациями; Готовит заключения по правовым вопросам, возникающим в деятельности общества; Представляет интересы Общества в суде, арбитражном суде, а также в государственных органах и общественных организациях при рассмотрении правовых вопросов, осуществляет ведение судебных и арбитражных дел.

ВАКАНСИЯ: Старший юрисконсульт. Организация ведения исковой, претензионной, договорной работы. Представительство в судах, государственных учреждениях, органах власти, прокуратуре, полиции. Разработка локальных нормативных актов. Правовая экспертиза документации, составление правовых заключений. Регистрация прав на недвижимое имущество и сделок с ним. Разработка и экспертиза локальных НПА. Исполнительное производство. * Профессионально пользование справочно-поисковыми системами КонсультантПлюс, Кодекс, Гарант . Хорошие навыки работы с персональным компьютером: программы Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, сканером, ксероксом, факсом и другим офисным оборудованием
