Анализировать показатели результатов выступлений спортивных сборных команд и отдельных спортсменов в спортивных соревнованиях, а также их уровень специальной физической, технической, психологической и других видов подготовленности, разрабатывать предложения по корректировке планов их подготовки. Разрабатывать рекомендации по улучшению методики подготовки спортсменов спортивных сборных команд на основании данных обследований (педагогические, физиологические, психологические, биомеханические и др.). Участвовать в подготовке текущих и перспективных планов тренировочного и соревновательного процессов, целевых программ по этапам подготовки спортивных сборных команд, а также проводить сравнительный анализ текущих и перспективных планов тренировочного и соревновательного процессов с результатами их выполнения. Готовить предложения по совершенствованию и техническому перевооружению спортивного оснащения спортивных сборных команд. Проводить комплекс работ по научно-методическому обеспечению (далее НМО) спортивных сборных команд Российской Федерации (далее - команды), в соответствии с программой НМО, утвержденной Работодателем, а также календарным планом НМО. Проводить сбор информации о текущем состоянии спортсменов, фактически выполненных спортсменами тренировочных нагрузках, применяемых средствах восстановления, с использованием предназначенных для этих целей процедур на электронных и бумажных носителях. Выполнять первичную обработку данных для приведения их к форме, определенной для передачи тренерам и передачи Работодателю. Составлять необходимую отчетную документацию по предназначенным для этой цели формам. Самостоятельно, или с привлечением внешних экспертов, готовить заключения об уровне подготовленности спортсменов и ходе подготовки спортивной сборной команды по итогам выполнения тренировочного плана на тренировочном мероприятии и этапах подготовки по разделам, включенным в техническое задание на проведение комплекса работ НМО. Участвовать в разработке модельных характеристик спортсменов по перечню показателей, включенных в программу НМО. Оказывать техническую и методическую помощь тренерам в разработке и приведении к утвержденной форме индивидуальных тренировочных планов спортсменов команд и отчетов о выполненных тренировочных нагрузках для предоставления в Федерацию по виду спорта, Работодателю.
