Организация и планирование процесса формирования информации в системе бухгалтерского учета; Координация и контроль процесса формирования информации в системе бухгалтерского учета; Формирование числовых показателей отчетов, входящих в состав бухгалтерской, сводной бухгалтерской отчетности, обеспечение представления бухгалтерской отчетности в вышестоящие органы; Проверка качества бухгалтерской отчетности учреждений; Осуществление процесса внутреннего контроля бухгалтерского учета; Обеспечение организации бухгалтерского учета в соответствии с действующими Положениями и указаниями; Обеспечение общего руководства работников группы учета; Участие в формировании учетной политики; Осуществление контроля: за правильным, экономичным и эффективным расходованием средств в соответствии с выделенными ассигнованиями по смете; за правильным расходованием средств, списываемых с текущих счетов в соответствии с заключенными договорами; за своевременным проведением инвентаризации материальных ценностей и расчетных счетов; Обеспечение точного учета результатов хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности; Принятие мер по предупреждению недостач, незаконного расходования денежных средств и товарно-материальных ценностей, нарушений финансового и хозяйственного законодательства; Обеспечение составления баланса, бухгалтерской, налоговой, статистической отчетности, отчетности в пенсионный фонд, фонд социального страхования на основе данных бухгалтерского учета, первичных документов, представление ее в установленном порядке и сроки соответствующим органам; Обеспечение сохранности бухгалтерских документов, оформление и передача их в установленном порядке в архив; Оказание постоянной помощи работникам группы учета в изучении основ бухгалтерского учета, своевременно инструктировать работников по вопросам бухгалтерского учета, контроля, отчетности и экономического анализа; Обеспечение внедрения современных технических средств, программных ресурсов и информационных технологий; Начисление заработной платы работникам, договоров возмездного оказания услуг; Обеспечение правильности начисления и своевременное оформление платежных поручений на выплату заработной платы, оплаты по договорам возмездного оказания услуг, на перечисление налогов, страховых взносов; В соответствии с законодательством удержание из заработной платы работников, проверка документов, служащих основанием для удержания из заработной платы, обеспечение своевременного перечисления сумм, удержанных из заработной платы; Заполнение и ведение карточек-справок на каждого работника; Ведение аналитического учета по счетам 302.11, 302.12, 302.13, 303.01, 303.02, 303.06, 303.07, 303.09, 303.10, 304.02, 304.03; Выполнение распоряжений (приказов) начальника МКУ МРУО (в период его отсутствия исполняющего обязанности начальника МКУ МРУО ), главного бухгалтера, заместителя главного бухгалтера соответствующих характеру работы, обусловленной его трудовым договором.
