The posting

Обеспечение работников учреждения расходными материалами, товарами, обоудованием, услугами. Формирование заказа поставщику товаров и услуг, отправка заявки. Составление сводных учетных и отчетных документов. Организация работы складского хозяйства и учет товарно-материальных (ТМЦ): организация разгрузки товаров и доставки на места хранения, создание условий для безопасного хранения и сохранности ТМЦ, ведение учета движения ТМЦ и проверки фактического наличия. Осуществление взаимодействия с администрацией учреждения по организации работы ослуживающего и хозяйственного пекрсонала, организация табельного учета работников, составление графиков отпусков и распорядка рабочего дня обслуживающего персонала.

Наличие справки об отсутствии судимости. Стаж работы в должности специалиста по АХО (или начальника хозяйственного отдела) обязателен. Знание компьютера и умение работы в программах в пределах выполнения должностных обязанностей специалиста по АХО. Предварительное собеседование с руководством учреждения. Желательно направление резюме на электронную почту МАУ ДК "Красный Перекоп".
