Организация безопасной эксплуатации котельных общей мощностью 64,11 МВт со средней мощность водогрейных котлов 2,5 МВт. Организация закупочной деятельности отдела эксплуатации котельных для оснащения материально-технического запаса. Заключение и сопровождение договоров с подрядными организациями, с ресурсоснабжающими организациями, осуществление приемки выполненных работ согласно договоров. Обеспечение бесперебойного теплоснабжения потребителей в соответствии с утверждённым графиком, безопасной работы оборудования, соблюдения требований правил технической эксплуатации тепловых энергетических установок, правил охраны труда и пожарной безопасности. Организация разработки и внедрения организационно-технических мероприятий по повышению надёжности работы котельного оборудования, снижению потерь тепловой энергии, рациональному использованию топливно-энергетических ресурсов, сокращению простоев оборудования в период ремонта, подготовке его к работе с учётом сезонных условий. Принятие мер по внедрению новой техники и прогрессивной технологии производства, передовых приёмов и методов труда. Обеспечение пересмотра действующих и разработки новых нормативных документов, составление заявок на инструмент, материалы, запасные части, защитные средства, необходимые для проведения работ по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту котельного оборудования. Организация учёта и анализа работы оборудования, обеспечение своевременной подготовки отчётности о результатах деятельности котельных в надзорные органы и предоставление заполненных форм отчетов для формирований тарифа в Региональную службу по тарифам ХМАО-Югры.

Опыт работы в эксплуатации котельного оборудования мощностью от 1,5 МВт до 12 МВт, газового оборудования, в том числе наладочные, ремонтные работы с соблюдением требований безопасности при выполнении газоопасных работ: ГРПШ с регуляторами РДНК Сигнал; ГРУ с использованием технических систем управления устройств фирм RMG, Madas, Pietro Fiorentini, ТермоБрест и систем управления автоматики Buderus Logamatic, Viessmann Vitotronic. Знание общих принципов устройства, эксплуатации АСУ ТП на базе свободно программируемых контроллеров (Direct Logic, Ascon, Овен или аналогов), а также систем диспетчеризации с программным обеспечением SCADA-системы MasterScada, версия 3 или выше. Опыт метрологического обслуживания средств измерения приборов и комплексов коммерческого учета газа, тепловой энергии. Отличное знание специфики монтажа котельного и вспомогательного оборудования, технологических трубопроводов. Уверенный пользователь ПК (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook,). На должность начальника отдела назначается лицо, имеющее высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы на инженерно-технических должностях не менее 3 лет или среднее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы на руководящих должностях не менее 5 лет.
