В обязанности работника входит: Участие в разработке и внедрение системы менеджмента качества на предприятии в соответствии с действующими стандартами и требованиями. Разработка документации, сопровождающей систему менеджмента качества на предприятии. Разработка предложений по актуализации внутренних стандартов и документов в области разработки, внедрения и функционирования систем управления качеством (менеджмента качества). Систематизация данных о фактическом уровне качества продукции. Анализ данных и выявление проблем и причинно следственных связей. Ведение журнала регистрации рекламаций и претензий к качеству продукции. Ведение переписки и подготовка ответов (писем) на претензии к качеству продукции (работ, услуг). Анализ причин, вызывающих ухудшение качества продукции. Участие в разработке и внедрению мероприятий по их устранению. Анализ результатов проведения корректирующих действий по устранению дефектов, вызывающих ухудшение качественных и количественных показателей продукции (услуг). Осуществление взаимодействия между отделами по вопросам системы менеджмента качества. Проведение и координация внутренних и внешних аудитов. Изучение передового отечественного и зарубежного опыта по разработке и внедрению систем управления качеством.

высшее техническое образование по специальности "Металлургия", "Стандартизация и сертификация", "Материаловедение" или "Машиностроение" знание ключевых стандартов и ГОСТОВ опыт работы в области контроля качества на металлургическом производстве от 3 лет владение статистическим управлением процессами занине английского и китайского языков для чтения технической документации на оборудование, контрольно- измерительные приборы, работы с международными стандартами ведение деловой переписки с поставщиками и заказчиками на трех языках (русский, английский. китайский) умение анализировать большие объемы данных о качестве, выявлять тенденции и причины дефектов способность планировать и проводить внутренние аудиты
