Планирование графика проекта и интегрированное планирование; Разрабатывать, фиксировать (утверждать базовый план) и непрерывно актуализировать сводный график проекта, охватывающий все этапы программы локализации: от запуска проекта и выпуска технической документации до подготовки производства у поставщиков, валидации, омологации, пробных сборок и начала серийного производства (SOP); Отслеживать критический путь, управлять межфункциональными взаимосвязями и обеспечивать полную прозрачность временных показателей для всех подразделений (электроника, силовые агрегаты, шасси, качество, закупки, производство); Руководить анализом рисков, связанных с графиком, и сценарным планированием; предоставлять рекомендации по оптимизации графика и мерам по его восстановлению при отставании; Отслеживание KPI и мониторинг эффективности проекта; Разработка чек-листов для контрольных точек и управление этапами (методология Geely NPDS); Оценка потребностей в ресурсах и персонале; Подготовка кратких, наглядных отчетов (показатели выполнения графика, тенденции KPI, готовность к контрольным точкам, состояние ресурсов) для высшего руководства.

Степень бакалавра/магистра в области промышленной инженерии, управления проектами, автомобильной инженерии или смежных областях. Наличие формальной сертификации PMP, PMI-SP или PRINCE2 является большим преимуществом; Опыт работы: Не менее 6 лет в сфере управления программами в автомобильной отрасли, управления проектами или проектного управления, из них не менее 3 лет непосредственно в управлении этапами, проверками контрольных точек и контрольными списками результатов в рамках системы Geely NPDS (New Product Development System). Обязателен опыт работы в китайской автомобильной промышленности (OEM); Обязательное владение Китайским языком не ниже уровня С1; Обязательное владение Английским языком не ниже уровня B2; Экспертиза в NPDS: глубокие практические знания этапов Geely NPDS; Готовность к регулярным командировкам; Ответственность, ориентация на результат, проектное управление, командная работа, переговоры, стрессоустойчивость.
