The posting

1. Контролирует работу филиалов ФБУ Администрация Ленского бассейна в части технической эксплуатации и ремонта флота, работу старших механиков судов и групповых инженеров-механиков, своевременного составления ремонтных ведомостей, их калькулирования и свода программы судоремонта закрепленной за ним группы судов. 2. Содействует внедрению на судах новой техники и модернизации, направленной на повышение производительности труда. 3. Оказывает практическую помощь линейным и групповым инженерам-механикам по флоту и судовым экипажам в организации правильной технической эксплуатации и ремонте судов, обеспечивающей безопасность труда. 4. Участвует в составе комиссии при приемке судов на отстой. 5. Контролирует соблюдение план-графика ремонта закрепленной группы судов в филиалах ФБУ Администрация Ленского бассейна для своевременной сдачи их в техническую готовность и сдачи в эксплуатацию. 6. Участвует в составе комиссии при сдаче судов в техническую готовность и при сдаче их в эксплуатацию. 7. Ведет сводный баланс состава дизелей и агрегатов в филиалах ФБУ Администрация Ленского бассейна, фиксирование времени наработки за год, вид проведенного ремонта. 8. Разрабатывает планы капитального ремонта дизелей. 9. Определяет необходимый резервный фонд сменно-запасных частей для судов. 10. Измеряет выбросы вредных веществ двигателей. 11. Проводит анализ работы двигателей и энергетических установок судов, вносит предложения по рациональному и экономному расходованию топлива и снижению его расхода. 12. Проводит надзор за техническим состоянием судового оборудования и осуществляет контроль над деятельностью филиалов ФБУ Администрация Ленского бассейна в области технической эксплуатации судового оборудования. и т.д.

1. Наличие высшего или среднего профессионального образования по специальности. 2. Наличие стажа работы в должности старшего механика или помощника механика судов не менее трех лет.
