The posting

Кладовщик выполняет следующие обязанности: работы по приему товарно-материальных ценностей; осуществляет прием товара в соответствии с порядком, установленным настоящей должностной инструкцией, распоряжениями заведующего складом, приказами (распоряжениями) генерального директора Учреждения. Поступившие в Учреждениетовар и материалы подлежат приемке и оприходованию. Прием товара и материалов осуществляется в следующем порядке: - кладовщик осуществляет прием товара по общему количеству коробок (или иной тары и упаковки) с товаром в соответствии с документами; - кладовщик обязан проверить состояние коробок с товаром, о целостности упаковки (нарушении (ненарушении)) делается запись в отчете; - кладовщик обязан затребовать от поставщика либо перевозчика документы для приема товара (накладные, упаковочный лист и т.д.); - товар и материалы принимаются по качеству и количеству в соответствии с упаковочным листом, накладной; - после приема товара кладовщик либо заведующий складом сдает сводный отчет по приему товара в бухгалтерию Учреждения, предварительно получив подпись руководства. - при наличии недостачи товара данные сведения указываются в отчете. - после утверждения текста ярлыка на полученные материалы кладовщиком осуществляется маркировка вновь полученного товара. Отпуска товара со склада осуществляется только при оформлении соответствующей документации.

Кладовщик должен знать: Номенклатуру, сортамент и ассортимент хранящихся материальных ценностей, их свойства и назначение. Способы проверки рабочего инструмента, приборов, приспособлений на пригодность их к работе. Способы предохранения вещей, продукции и сырья от порчи при разгрузке, погрузке и хранении на складе. Правила противопожарной безопасности хранения материалов и содержания служебных помещений. Правила охраны труда при хранении и перемещении токсичных, пожаро- и взрывоопасных материалов, топлива и смазки. Правила ведения складского хозяйства; правила учета, хранения, движения материальных ценностей на складе и правила оформления сопроводительных документов на них. Правила комплектования партий различных материальных ценностей по технологическим документам. Правила применения складского измерительного инструмента, приспособлений, механизмов и способы проверки их на пригодность к работе. Правила проведения инвентаризаций. Правила и условия хранения кислот и химикатов, ядов и легковоспламеняющихся веществ. Порядок расположения товаров на складе.
