Должностные обязанности преподавателя - специалиста по радиоэлектронной технике: Планирование учебного процесса. Преподаватель разрабатывает рабочие программы дисциплин в соответствии с ФГОС СПО и утверждает их, планирует занятия, распределяет темы и часы, учитывая специфику специальности и уровень подготовки студентов. Проведение занятий. Это и лекции (разбор принципов работы устройств, анализ схем), и практические/лабораторные занятия (работа с макетными платами, измерительными приборами, освоение технологий сборки и монтажа радиоэлектронной аппаратуры). Важно связывать теорию с практикой: разбирать реальные кейсы, решать ситуационные задачи, готовить студентов к работе с современным оборудованием. Организация самостоятельной работы студентов. Преподаватель готовит методические рекомендации, индивидуальные задания, контрольные материалы, чтобы помочь учащимся закрепить материал. Он проводит инструктажи, контролирует ход выполнения работ и оценивает результаты. Руководство проектной и исследовательской деятельностью. Специалист курирует работу студентов над проектами (например, разработка простого устройства, анализ конкретной радиотехнической системы), помогает в подготовке выпускных квалификационных работ. Контроль и оценка. Преподаватель разрабатывает тесты, экзаменационные билеты, проводит текущий контроль (опросы, контрольные работы), промежуточную и итоговую аттестацию, анализирует её результаты. При необходимости он использует электронное обучение и дистанционные технологии. Методическая работа. Обновление учебно-материальной базы: создание презентаций, цифровых пособий, подбор актуальных технических ресурсов и программного обеспечения. Преподаватель также может вносить предложения по совершенствованию учебного процесса и оснащения кабинета/лаборатории. Участие в методической работе техникума. Это работа в цикловых комиссиях, педагогических советах, семинарах, конференциях.

Глубокая предметная подготовка. Нужно отлично знать теорию: основы радиоэлектроники, радиотехнические цепи и сигналы, электродинамику и распространение волн, цифровые устройства и микропроцессоры, теорию цепей. Важно разбираться в современных технологиях, схемотехнике, уметь анализировать сложные схемы и решать прикладные задачи. Практический опыт. Преподаватель курирует производственную практику: он должен показывать студентам реальные рабочие процессы, давать навыки настройки и диагностики. Знание нормативной базы. Преподаватель должен ориентироваться в актуальных ФГОС СПО по специальности 11.02.16 Монтаж, техническое обслуживание и ремонт электронных приборов и устройств. Умение работать с документацией. Важно уметь читать и анализировать конструкторско-технологическую документацию (в том числе в рамках ЕСКД), оформлять рабочие инструкции, знать требования к качеству и параметрам элементов.
