The posting

Ведущий программист отдела автоматизации должен выполнять следующие трудовые обязанности: - выполнять работу по сопровождению программных комплексов, используемых в работе ОКУ Центр социальных выплат; -выполнять работу по модернизации программ с целью обеспечения их надлежащего функционирования и технического совершенствования; -выполнять работу по установке и наладке отдельных технических средств, прием их в эксплуатацию, оказывать помощь сотрудникам учреждения по вопросам правильной эксплуатации технических средств и программного обеспечения; -выполнять работу по созданию архивных копий баз данных и программного обеспечения ОКУ Центр социальных выплат; -на основе анализа математических моделей и алгоритмов разрабатывать программы, реализующие решение экономических и других задач; -осуществлять выбор языка программирования и перевод на него используемых моделей и алгоритмов; -определять информацию, подлежащую обработке на ЭВМ, ее объемы, структуру, макеты и схемы ввода, обработки, хранения и выдачи информации, методы ее контроля; -выполнять работу по подготовке программ к отладке и проводить отладку; -осуществлять сопровождение внедренных в учреждении программ и программных средств; -определять возможность использования готовых программ, разработанных другими учреждениями, организациями, предприятиями; -разрабатывать инструкции по работе с программами, оформлять необходимую техническую документацию; -осуществлять подготовку с использованием установленного программного обеспечения электронных и иных документов на выплату пособий, компенсаций и иных социальных выплат; - осуществлять подготовку электронных документов и их отправку (рассылку) адресатам.
