Высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование по направлению подготовки Информационная безопасность (бакалавриат, специалитет, магистратура) или пройти переподготовку (повышение квалификации, нормативный срок свыше 500 аудиторных часов) в области информационной безопасности (ИБ) Опыт в обнаружении и идентификации инцидентов, в том числе отказов в обслуживании, сбоев (перезагрузок) в работе технических средств, программного обеспечения и средств защиты информации; Опыт в осуществления контроля за соблюдением действующих нормативно-правовых, внутренних руководящих документов, в т. ч. политик, положений, инструкций, а также принятых организационно-распорядительных документов; Опыт в рассмотрении технических заданий на создание автоматизированных систем, систем защиты информации, научно-исследовательские и опытно-конструкторские работы по обеспечению безопасности информации, оценка их соответствия действующим нормативным и методическим документам; Умение управлять средствами криптографической защиты информации (СКЗИ) и средствами защиты информации (СЗИ); Умение анализировать инциденты, в том числе определение источников и причин возникновения инцидентов, а также оценка их последствий; Опыт от 1 года в аналогичной должности.
