Доведение поступившей информации до дежурно-диспетчерского персонала ДДС, в компетенцию, которого входит реагирование на принятое сообщение. Доведение задач, поставленных вышестоящими органами территориальной подсистемы Кировской области единой государственной системы предупреждения и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций (далее РСЧС), до подчиненных сил постоянной готовности, осуществление контроля их выполнения и организация взаимодействия. Прием от населения и организаций сообщений о любых ЧС по телефону, либо других источников, несущих информацию об угрозе или факте возникновения ЧС природного, техногенного или биолого-социального характера. Регистрацию всех обращений граждан и юридических лиц, поступивших в устной или письменной форме, об имевших место или предполагаемых нештатных ситуациях. Сбор от взаимодействующих ДДС и доведение до них информации об угрозе или факте возникновения ЧС, сложившейся обстановке и действиях сил и средств по ликвидации ЧС. Обработку и анализ данных о ЧС, определение ее масштаба и уточнение состава взаимодействующих ДДС, привлекаемых для реагирования на ЧС, их оповещение о переводе в режимы функционирования звеньев РСЧС. Обобщение и оценку данных обстановки, принятых мерах по ликвидации ЧС, уточнение и корректировку (по обстановке), заранее разработанных и согласованных с взаимодействующими ДДС вариантов решений по ликвидации ЧС. Оперативный контроль за ходом ликвидации возникших ЧС с подготовкой текущей информации о результатах ликвидации ЧС и их последствий. Представление данной информации руководящему составу муниципального образования и вышестоящим органам управления по подчиненности. Ежедневный доклад высшим должностным лицам муниципальных образований и специалисту ГО и ЧС об обстановке в районе за предыдущие сутки по различным вопросам жизнедеятельности, об угрозе или возникновении ЧС природного или техногенного характера, а также другим фактам представляющим угрозу для обеспечения нормальной жизнедеятельности населения муниципальных образований. Информирование взаимодействующих ДДС, привлекаемых к ликвидации ЧС сил постоянной готовности, об обстановке, принятых и рекомендуемых мерах. В пределах своих полномочий принятие самостоятельных решений по защите и спасению людей если возникшая обстановка не дает возможности для согласования с вышестоящими органами управления. Представление докладов (донесений, пояснительных записок, схем) в ФКУ ЦУКС МЧС России по Кировской области и КОГОБУ Служба специальных объектов об угрозе или возникновении ЧС сложившейся обстановке, возможных вариантах решений и действиях по ликвидации ЧС (на основе ранее подготовленных и согласованных планов).
