The posting

Профилактика неинфекционных заболеваний. В том числе тех, что являются основной причиной инвалидности и смертности. Проведение диспансеризации и профилактических осмотров взрослого населения. Информирование пациентов. Врач рассказывает тем, кто обслуживается в медицинской организации, о том, когда и зачем проходят диспансеризация и профосмотры, разъясняет их цели и мотивирует людей проходить обследования. Диагностика факторов риска. Специалист выявляет у пациентов риски развития неинфекционных заболеваний: пагубное потребление алкоголя, риск употребления наркотических средств и психотропных веществ без назначения врача, а также нарушения принципов здорового образа жизни. Коррекция факторов риска. Врач проводит индивидуальное углублённое консультирование или организует групповые занятия ( школа пациента ). В том числе оказывает медицинскую помощь тем, кто хочет бросить курить. Направление к специалистам. При необходимости врач направляет пациента к профильному специалисту. Например, человека с табачной зависимостью в кабинет помощи по прекращению потребления табака, а того, у кого выявлено пагубное потребление алкоголя или риск употребления наркотиков, к врачу-психиатру-наркологу. Диспансерное наблюдение. Врач наблюдает за пациентами с высоким риском развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. В рамках этого может назначать лекарственные препараты (например, для коррекции дислипидемий). Повышение квалификации коллег. Врач проводит занятия для медработников своей медицинской организации, чтобы повышать их уровень знаний в сфере профилактики неинфекционных заболеваний и формирования здорового образа жизни. Обучение пациентов. Специалист учит людей, особенно тех, кто находится в группе риска, а также членов их семей, правилам оказания первой помощи при жизнеугрожающих состояниях (острый коронарный синдром, острые нарушения мозгового кровообращения, острая сердечная недостаточность, внезапная сердечная смерть). Работа с данными. Врач собирает, учитывает и анализирует результаты диспансеризации и профилактических осмотров, а также представляет отчётность в установленном порядке и передаёт первичные данные в информационные системы здравоохранения. Пропаганда здорового образа жизни. Специалист проводит информационные кампании, массовые акции, рассказывает населению (в том числе через СМИ) о методах коррекции факторов риска и профилактики осложнений. Участие в разработке программ. Врач вносит свой вклад в создание и реализацию мероприятий, направленных на профилактику неинфекционных заболеваний и формирование здорового образа жизни.

Согласно приказа Минздрава России от 02.05.2023 № 206н (с изменениями от 29.08.2025). Занятость - 0,5 ставки.
