2.1. Руководство работой по экономическому планированию на предприятии. 2.2. Организация работы по учету и анализу результатов производственно-хозяйственной деятельности. 2.3. Подготовка установленной отчетности. 2.4. Учет по всем показателям работы предприятия. 2.5. Методическое обеспечение соответствующих вопросов. 2.6. Разработка унифицированной плановой документации, экономических стандартов.

Должен знать: - законодательные и нормативные правовые акты, распорядительные и нормативные материалы, касающиеся деятельности ресурсоснабжающих организаций, нормативно-методические материалы по реализации концепции реформы жилищно-коммунального хозяйства в РФ; - перспективы технического развития подразделения и методы планирования будущей деятельности производства; - порядок разработки перспективных и текущих планов хозяйственно-финансовой и производственной деятельности организации; - порядок разработки документации экономического характера, включая бизнес-планы, планово-учетную и отчетную документацию; - систему экономических стандартов и показателей организации; - организацию статистического учета, планово-учетную документацию, сроки и порядок составления отчетности; - методы экономического анализа показателей производственно-хозяйственной деятельности организации и ее структурных подразделений; - основные прикладные программы для осуществления технико-экономических расчетов. Должен уметь: - осуществлять сбор, обработку и анализ информации о внешних и внутренних факторах, определяющих экономическую ситуацию организации; - осуществлять подготовку исходных данных для составления проектов экономических планов различного назначения; - составлять калькуляции себестоимости услуг, анализировать себестоимость; - разрабатывать и корректировать проекты экономических планов различного назначения; - формировать и вести периодическую отчетность по контролю расходования плановых и статей затрат; - разрабатывать и применять группы показателей эффективности производственной и финансово-экономической деятельности; - определять рекомендации и предложения по снижению издержек на основании анализа отдельных статей затрат; - разрабатывать мероприятия по эффективному использованию трудовых и материально-технических ресурсов, повышению производительности труда; - выполнять расчет экономического эффекта от применения новых организационных и технических решений; - применять специализированное программное обеспечение для решения экономических задач; - составлять технико-экономическое обоснование вариантов организационно-технологических и технических решений; - осуществлять расчет показателей использования трудовых ресурсов.
