Проведение мероприятий по медицинской реабилитации, в том числе при реализации индивидуального плана медицинской реабилитации, в том числе: - применение лекарственных препаратов, медицинских изделий (в том числе технических средств реабилитации и ассистивных устройств) и лечебного питания в соответствии с действующими порядками оказания медицинской помощи, организации медицинской реабилитации взрослых, организации медицинской реабилитации детей; - обеспечение фармакологического порядка (получение, хранение, применение лекарственных препаратов, учет и отчетность); - выполнение позиционирования пациента в соответствии с действующими порядками оказания медицинской помощи, организации медицинской реабилитации взрослых и организации медицинской реабилитации детей; - контроль выполнения пациентом мероприятий по медицинской реабилитации, в том числе приема лекарственных препаратов; - проведение индивидуальных и групповых обучающих занятий с пациентом и членами его семьи по формированию навыков самоухода, навыков здорового образа жизни, первичной и вторичной профилактики; - прием и размещение пациентов в палатах отделения; - подготовка пациентов к осмотру врача-специалиста; - наблюдение за состоянием и самочувствием пациента во время введения лекарственных препаратов, информирование врача-специалиста; - оказание доврачебной неотложной помощи при реакциях и осложнениях лекарственной терапии; - организация рабочего пространства и безопасной больничной среды, адаптированной к потребностям пациента; - проведение подготовки пациентов к медицинским вмешательствам; - подготовка рабочего места и организация пространства к приему пациента; - подготовка пациента к проведению медицинского массажа; - оценка эффективности проведенного медицинского массажа и физиотерапевтических процедур; - подготовка физиотерапевтической аппаратуры к работе; - подготовка пациента к физиотерапевтическим процедурам; - выполнение физиотерапевтических процедур согласно выбранной методике и составленному плану в соответствии с назначением врача (фельдшера), с учетом функционального состояния пациента, анатомо-физиологических, индивидуальных психофизических особенностей, возраста пациента, в том числе при реализации индивидуального плана медицинской реабилитации.
