Мы — сеть пунктов выдачи заказов в г. Ростове‑на‑Дону и других регионах России. Работаем с ведущим маркетплейсом, развиваем клиентский сервис и внутренние процессы. У нас понятные регламенты, поддержка команды . Ищем ответственного сотрудника в пункт выдачи заказов! Обязанности: Приём, проверка и выдача заказов покупателям. Оформление возвратов (сканирование, упаковка, документация). Поддержание порядка в пункте выдачи ( контроль за расходными материалами скотч,пакеты). Решение конфликтных ситуаций с клиентами. Консультирование и помощь клиентам по вопросам связанным с заказами. Требования: Ответственность, внимательность, пунктуальность. Коммуникабельность, умение работать с людьми. Базовые навыки работы с ПК. Опыт работы в ПВЗ или на складе будет преимуществом, но не является обязательным условием - мы готовы вас обучить! Возраст от 18 лет( работа связана с материальными ценностями). Условия: Официальное трудоустройство ( возможно оформление по договору ГПХ). Дополнительные бонусы. Стабильная заработная плата. Сменный график 2/2 или 3/3 (есть возможность подменять коллег). Длительность смены - 12 часов. Выплата заработной платы два раза в месяц Обучение с первого дня работы в ПВЗ: в дальнейшем, сопровождение - на всех этапах: помощь в решении задач, разбор сложных случаев, адаптация под процессы компании. -Обучаем новых сотрудников, проводим вводный курс ( в системе ОЗОН)
