Анализ и решение задач в рамках проектов; Сбор и анализ бизнес-требований; Анализ существующих бизнес-процессов; Анализ и оценка технологической среды; Формирование архитектуры интеграционных решений на базе SAP PO; Создание функциональных и технических дизайнов для SAP ERP, SAP PO; Выполнение разработок для SAP ERP, SAP S4HANA, SAP PO; Контроль разработки технических решений для SAP ERP, SAP PO; Организация и проведение тестирования ИТ-систем, на базе SAP; Проведение интеграционного тестирования; Обучение пользователей работе с функциями CRM/ERP системы SAP; Работа с техническими инцидентами, возникающими при работе с SAP ERP; Исследование и фиксация причин технических инцидентов, возникающими при работе с SAP ERP; Выявление возможностей и способов функционально-технических улучшений ИТ-систем SAP; Планирование и координация работы команды и личной работы, управление рисками; Контроль качества разработок в системе SAP ERP, SAP PO и соответствие их требованиям актуального регламента; Обучение и коучинг сотрудников; Участие в подготовке отчетов и документов, используя внутрикорпоративные стандарты; Участие в развитии центра разработки технологических решений (участие в продвижении практики SAP на рынке и внутри компании (конференции, маркетинговые материалы и пр.), участие в подборе персонала).

Высшее техническое образование; Опыт работы в сфере информационных технологии от 6 лет; Навыки сбора и анализа информации и бизнес-требований; Экспертное знание функциональности какой-либо CRM/ERP системы; Понимание как построены и функционируют бизнес-процессы в определенной индустриальной области; Опыт проектирования интеграционных решений; Опыт анализа бизнес-процессов; Опыт моделирования новых бизнес-процессов, улучшения бизнес-процессов; Опыт обучения пользователей; Опыт управления командой от 5-ти человек; Опыт обучения и коучинга сотрудников; Уверенные навыки работы с пакетом MS Office; Умение пользоваться программами графического отображения аналитической информации и электронными базами данных.
