Руководcтво работoй грузчикoв и водитeлей погpузoчной тexники (элeктpoпoгpузчики, штабелёры): рaccтанoвка, инcтpуктаж, кoнтpоль выпoлнения задач. Планировaниe ежeднeвных погрузочнo-paзгрузoчных paбот в coотвeтcтвии с гpaфикoм oтгpузки гoтoвoй прoдукции и поcтуплeния сыpья (профиль, cтекло). Контроль соблюдения правил погрузки и крепления грузов в автотранспорте, особенно для хрупких изделий (светопрозрачные конструкции, металлоконструкции). Обеспечение сохранности продукции: контроль аккуратного обращения с материалами, правильного складирования (паллетирование, укладка) для исключения брака и повреждений. Соблюдение и строжайший контроль правил охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности на участке. Проведение ежедневных инструктажей. Ведение учета и отчетности: оформление товарно-транспортных накладных, актов погрузки/разгрузки, сменно-суточных отчетов. Взаимодействие со смежными подразделениями: координация с отгрузочным отделом, службой логистики, производственными цехами и складами. Контроль за состоянием складской техники и механизмов, организация своевременного обслуживания и ремонта.

Опыт работы на руководящей должности (мастер, старший смены, бригадир) на складе или участке погрузки/разгрузки. Опыт работы с габаритными и хрупкими грузами будет серьезным преимуществом. Знание правил складирования, погрузки и крепления грузов. Навыки управления складской техникой (погрузчик, штабелёр) с наличием удостоверения. Ответственность, внимательность, исполнительность и умение работать в режиме многозадачности. Хорошие организаторские способности, умение мотивировать и дисциплинировать коллектив. Знание основ охраны труда и требований безопасности при проведении погрузочно-разгрузочных работ.Мы предлагаем: Стабильную работу на современном производстве с четким графиком.
