The posting

Проверять исправность и принимать меры к обеспечению бесперебойной работы вверенного оборудования, выполнять работы по его техническому обслуживанию и ремонту. Осуществлять управление с пульта управления установки смешивания материалов и заливки в соответствии с технологическими инструкциями. Осуществлять и контролировать проведение технологического процесса нанесения теплоизоляционного покрытия на трубы. Осуществлять закачку компонентов материала для получения пенополиуретановой изоляции в специальные раздельные емкости заливочной машины. Производить сборку труб с оболочкой перед укладкой их на заливочные столы. Производить ввод данных параметров залитых труб с пенополиуретановым покрытием в систему учета. Производить замену компонентов материала. Производить отгрузку отходов, в виде вспененного полиуретана. Выполнять погрузочно-разгрузочные работы при помощи подъемных сооружений (грузоподъемных кранов) в соответствии с действующей нормативно-технической документацией (технологическими картами, схемами строповок и перемещения грузов). Обеспечивать качественное и своевременное выполнение подчиненным персоналом сменного задания, распоряжений руководителя. Обеспечивать соблюдение нормативных, технических, технологических документов, относящихся к деятельности подчиненного персонала. Контролировать ведение установленной технической документации и записей, предусмотренных технологическими документами. Своевременно обеспечивать рабочие места инструментом, материалами. Содействовать подчиненному персоналу в исполнении ими своих обязанностей. Контролировать выполнение требований охраны труда и промышленной безопасности подчиненным персоналом; Принимать участие в ремонтах и настройке оборудования, смене технологического инструмента.
