The posting

1. Обеспечивает содержание в исправном состоянии и эксплуатацию зданий, насосных станций, гидротехнических сооружений, мелиоративных каналов (водоподающих, сбросных и др.), вспомогательных устройств. 2. При эксплуатации оборудования и иных работах, связанных с инженерно-техническим комплексом ОРЗ, принимает организационно-распорядительные меры к сохранности имущества, соблюдению прав и законных интересов ОРЗ и Филиала. 3. Обеспечивает пропускание наводнений и паводков, подготовку объектов к сезону и проведению ремонтно-восстановительных работ. 4. Организует работы по техническому совершенствованию эксплуатационных объектов. 5. Организует проведение ремонта помещений зданий, осуществляет контроль за качеством выполнения ремонтных работ. 6. Контролирует рациональное расходование материалов и средств, выделяемых для хозяйственных целей. 7. Принимает участие в подготовке необходимой проектно-сметной документации по ремонту и реконструкции мелиоративных систем. 8. Обеспечивает своевременную подготовку технической документации (чертежей, спецификаций, технических условий, технологических карт). 9. Осуществляет визирование и подписание актов выполняемых работ проектно-сметной документации по капитальному и текущему ремонту зданий и гидротехнических сооружений, цехов и участков ОРЗ. 10. Оказывает обслуживаемым хозяйствам техническую помощь в эксплуатации, переоборудовании и реконструкции внутрихозяйственной сети и гидротехнических сооружений. 11. Участвует в подготовке мероприятий по развитию сети каналов и гидротехнических сооружений, их очистке и ремонту. 12. Участвует в разработке деклараций безопасности ГТС. 13. Контролирует выполнение правил технической эксплуатации мелиоративных систем. 14. Обеспечивает соблюдение технологии производства. 15. Участвует в приемке законченных ремонтных работ. 16. Осуществляет сбор отходов при производстве окрасочных работ, строительно ремонтных работ. 17. Организует работу по учету наличия и движения оборудования, составлению и оформлению технической и отчетной документации.
