Должностные обязанности менеджера по онлайн-торговле: Главная задача сделать так, чтобы ни один покупатель не ушел без внимания, а продажи росли. Работа с входящим потоком клиентов: Быстро и вежливо отвечать на вопросы в мессенджерах, социальных сетях и по электронной почте. Консультировать по ассортименту, помогать с выбором товара, ценами и условиями оплаты/доставки. Важно не просто дать ответ, а заинтересовать человека. Активные продажи и забота о клиентах: Обзванивать постоянных клиентов, поздравлять с праздниками, информировать о новинках и выгодных предложениях. Предлагать сопутствующие товары к основному заказу, увеличивая средний чек. Ведение заказов: Оформлять заявки в системе, согласовывать детали с клиентом. Контролировать, чтобы заказ был собран и доставлен вовремя. Связываться с клиентом после получения товара, чтобы убедиться, что всё в порядке, и собрать отзыв. Командировки (редко, но метко): Иногда (по мере необходимости) выезжать в соседние города или районы для встреч с ключевыми клиентами, участия в мини-ярмарках или расширения базы партнеров. (График командировок обсуждаем заранее, чтобы это не было сюрпризом). Порядок в базе и отчетность: Вести записи разговоров и переписки в CRM-системе или простых таблицах, чтобы не терять контакты и историю общения. В конце дня подводить небольшие итоги: сколько клиентов обработали, сколько продаж сделали. Условия работы (для ясности): График работы: с 9:00 до 19:00 . Для иногородних кандидатов рассматриваем возможность завершать работу в 18:00, чтобы вы могли комфортно добираться домой. Работа кипит весь день: мы ищем человека, который готов активно общаться, не боится телефона и многозадачности. Кого мы ищем: Нам нужен ответственный и общительный человек, который разбирается в людях и умеет находить подход к разным поколениям покупателей. В первую очередь ценятся порядочность и желание работать, а не корочки.

Образование или знание языков не обязательно, но если есть то будет +. Важно готовность обучаться осваивать новые програмные обеспечения. Знание Exel.
