Должностные обязанности Вахтер обязан: 2.1. Обеспечивать пропускной режим в здании, в соответствии с утвержденным графиком и правилами. 2.2. Вести журнал учета посетителей (пропускной журнал) в бумажном и (или) электронном виде, фиксируя Ф.И.О. посетителя, данные документа, удостоверяющего личность, время входа и выхода, цель визита. 2.3. Осуществлять осмотр (визуальный контроль) ручной клади, сумок, рюкзаков и пакетов посетителей на предмет проноса запрещенных предметов (оружие, колюще-режущие предметы, пиротехника, токсичные вещества, алкоголь). 2.4. Проводить осмотр верхней одежды посетителей при наличии подозрения на наличие запрещенных предметов (без физического контакта). 2.5. Осуществлять визуальный контроль (профайлинг) поведения посетителей на входе с целью выявления лиц в состоянии алкогольного или наркотического опьянения, а также лиц с признаками агрессивного поведения. 2.6. Проверять соблюдение масочного режима и иных санитарных требований (если они введены распоряжением администрации). 2.8. Взаимодействовать с участниками, вежливо консультировать воспитанников и их родителей по вопросам расположения кружков, расписания занятий и навигации по зданию. 2.9.Не принимать и не регистрировать корреспонденцию. 2.10. Не допускать вноса в здание крупногабаритных предметов (велосипедов, самокатов, колясок) в вестибюль, направляя посетителей в специально отведенные места хранения. 2.11. При обнаружении подозрительных предметов (бесхозных сумок, коробок), а также при попытке проноса запрещенных вещей действовать строго по инструкции: нажать кнопку тревожной сигнализации (КТС), заблокировать входную группу (если возможно), немедленно сообщить руководителю и в правоохранительные органы (112), не трогая предмет. 2.12. В случае возникновения пожара или задымления нажать кнопку пожарной тревоги, оповестить руководство и организовать ограничение доступа в здание до прибытия спецслужб. 2.14. Следить за чистотой и порядком на посту охраны и в тамбуре центрального входа.
