Заключение, согласование и ведение договоров купли-продажи нефтепродуктов с российскими и зарубежными авиакомпаниями; контроль за выполнением договорных обязательств со стороны контрагента. Подготовка документации для проведения и участия в тендерах, конкурсах и аукционах, своевременное документальное сопровождение и контроль результатов по проведенным тендерам, конкурсам, аукционам; Своевременное направление заявок на заправку/поставку авиатоплива; Контроль взаиморасчетов и состояния дебиторской/кредиторской задолженности. Документальное сопровождение отгрузок авиаГСМ. Взаимодействие с авиакомпаниями, профильными службами Общества, топливо-заправочными комплексами с целью планирования, согласования и корректировки отгрузок авиаГСМ. Подготовка документов, справок и пояснений для руководства Отдела по вопросам реализации авиатоплива, при проведении проверок внешними и внутренними контролирующими органами. Своевременное предоставление на биржу информации о внебиржевых договорах.

Высшее образование. Опыт договорной работы полного цикла с контрагентами. Высокий уровень навыков коммуникации с клиентами, деловой переписки и ведения переговоров. Деловые и личностные качества: самостоятельность в работе, инициативность, умение работать в режиме многозадачности с большими объемами информации, внимательность и аккуратность при подготовке материалов, стрессоустойчивость. Знание разговорного английского языка. Опыт работы в топливообеспечении / реализации нефтепродуктов.
