Соблюдать требования фармацевтического порядка в отделении, вести учет прихода и расхода медикаментов, изделий медицинского назначения, расходных материалов. Обеспечивать правильное хранение, учет и списание лекарственных препаратов, учет, хранение и списание сильнодействующих и ядовитых лекарственных средств, подлежащих предметно-количественному учету.Вести учетно-отчетную и медицинскую документацию согласно номенклатуре дел постовой медсестры в установленном порядке, в. т. ч.: требования-накладные на лекарственные средства, журнал выписки лекарственных средств от старшей медсестры, журналы по предметно-количественному учету сильнодействующих и ядовитых лекарственных средств, листы исполнения назначений.Своевременно пополнять аптечки экстренной и неотложной помощи, выписывать недостающие лекарственные средства от старшей медицинской сестры.Проверять сроки хранения и условия хранения лекарственных средств, согласно инструкций по применению лекарственных средств.Обеспечивать и поддерживать лечебно - охранительный режим структурного подразделения.Принимать и размещать в палате больных, проверять качество санитарной обработки вновь поступивших больных, тщательно осматривать кожные покровы на наличие следов повреждений. Знакомить вновь поступившего пациента с правилами внутреннего распорядка и режимом работы отделения.В случае возбуждения больных соблюдать инструкции по работе с пациентами в состоянии психомоторного возбуждения, проводить фиксацию при помощи младшего медицинского персонала, удерживая возбужденных больных, избегать при этом причинения им боли и увечья. Наблюдать за состоянием больного, особое внимание уделять больным, находящимся под усиленным надзором. О выявленных изменениях докладывать лечащему врачу. Фиксировать в журнале данные о выполнении назначенного лечения.Ежедневно в течение 5 дней описывать состояние вновь поступивших пациентов в дневнике наблюдений и находящихся на особоусиленном надзоре.Предотвращать случаи травматизма и падения пациентов.Участвовать в обходе врачей в закрепленных за нею палатах, докладывать о состоянии больных. Знать пофамильно всех пациентов и их режимы наблюдения.Осуществлять санитарно-гигиеническое обслуживание физически ослабленных и тяжелобольных пациентов (умывание, кормление, питье, промывание глаз, рта, подмывание) не допуская образования пролежней. Следить за соблюдением больными правил личной гигиены (уход за кожей, полостью рта, волосами, ногтями, своевременный прием гигиенических ванн, смена нательного и постельного белья). Ставить соответствующую отметку в медицинской карте о выполнении гигиенических процедур.Проводить противопролежневые мероприятия физически ослабленным и тяжелобольным пациентам (укладывание на противопролежневый матрас, смена положения тела каждые 2 часа, проводить обработку кожных покровов в местах образования пролежней)и др.
