1. Приём и размещение пациентов: Принимает вновь поступивших пациентов, размещает их в палате. Проверяет качество санитарной обработки вновь поступивших. Проверяет передачи пациентам, чтобы исключить приём противопоказанной пищи и напитков. 2. Наблюдение за состоянием пациентов: Систематически измеряет и фиксирует температуру тела, артериальное давление, пульс, частоту дыхания. Контролирует физиологические отправления, аппетит, сон. Выявляет изменения в состоянии пациента и своевременно информирует об этом лечащего врача. Оказывает экстренную доврачебную помощь при острых состояниях до прихода врача. 3. Выполнение врачебных назначений: Выполняет инъекции (внутримышечные, подкожные, внутривенные) строго по назначению врача. Проводит перевязки, постановку зондов, клизм, катетеризацию мочевого пузыря (в рамках компетенции). Подготавливает пациентов к диагностическим и лечебным процедурам, инструментальным исследованиям и операциям. Сопровождает пациентов на процедуры и в диагностические кабинеты. Контролирует приём пациентами лекарств, применение медицинских изделий, соблюдение двигательного режима и диеты. Информирует пациента о режиме приёма препаратов, возможных побочных эффектах. 4. Санитарно-гигиеническое обслуживание: Осуществляет санитарно-гигиенический уход за физически ослабленными и тяжелобольными пациентами (умывание, смена белья, помощь при гигиенических процедурах). Проводит профилактику пролежней, контактного дерматита, включая позиционирование и перемещение пациента в постели. Контролирует соблюдение личной гигиены пациентов и санитарное состояние палат. 5. Ведение медицинской документации: Ведёт листы назначений, температурные листы, сестринские карты наблюдения. Фиксирует выполнение манипуляций с подписью и временем. При передаче дежурства докладывает о состоянии пациентов, невыполненных назначениях и особых указаниях врача. Своевременно передаёт заявки на медикаменты, перевязочный и расходный материал. 6. Обеспечение санитарно-эпидемиологического режима: Соблюдает правила асептики и антисептики при всех манипуляциях. Контролирует санитарное состояние палат, своевременность уборки. Проводит обеззараживание использованного инструментария, соблюдает требования к обращению с медицинскими отходами. Следит за соблюдением пациентами и посетителями санитарного режима отделения (например, недопущение приноса запрещённой пищи). Обеспечивает строгий учёт и хранение наркотических, психотропных и сильнодействующих препаратов.
