Входной контроль. Проверять качество сырья, материалов и комплектующих, которые поступают на производство. Контроль технологических процессов. Следить, чтобы на всех этапах от заготовки до готовой продукции соблюдались установленные технологические режимы. Промежуточный и выходной контроль. Оценивать качество полуфабрикатов и финального продукта, чтобы убедиться: изделие соответствует техническим требованиям и стандартам. Выявление и анализ брака. Идентифицировать дефекты, а затем глубоко анализировать их причины (недостаток сырья, сбой оборудования, ошибка в инструкции). На основе этого разрабатывать меры, чтобы брак не повторялся. Разработка и внедрение мер. Участвовать в создании методов и стандартов контроля, предлагать и внедрять новые методики проверок, а также современное измерительное оборудование. Документирование и отчётность. Вести учёт результатов проверок, составлять отчёты, заполнять журналы контроля, оформлять акты несоответствий. Взаимодействие с подразделениями. Тесно работать с цехами, отделом снабжения, лабораторией чтобы оперативно решать вопросы качества и устранять выявленные недостатки. Проведение аудитов. Организовывать внутренние проверки состояния контроля на производстве. Обучение персонала. Проводить инструктажи для сотрудников производства по вопросам качества и контроля. Мониторинг нормативов. Следить за появлением новых стандартов и норм в сфере качества, чтобы вовремя адаптировать процессы.

Выбирать методы контроля, контрольно-измерительные приборы и инструменты для проверки характеристик материалов, сырья, полуфабрикатов и готовой продукции. Использовать аттестованные методики измерений, контроля и испытаний. Определять, соответствуют ли характеристики объектов требованиям стандартов, конструкторской и технологической документации. Выполнять статистическую обработку результатов контроля и измерений. Работать с ERP-системой организации: учитывать и систематизировать данные о качестве. Оформлять техническую и претензионную документацию в соответствии с требованиями. Создавать электронные таблицы, выполнять вычисления и обрабатывать статистические данные. Применять специализированные компьютерные программы для расчёта параметров распределений, оценки ошибок контроля.
