Организация и контроль работы склада: приёмка, хранение, комплектация и отгрузка товарно-материальных ценностей (ТМЦ). Руководство персоналом склада: постановка задач, распределение нагрузки, контроль качества и сроков выполнения работ. Обеспечение сохранности ТМЦ, соблюдение условий хранения и рациональное использование складских площадей. Контроль и ведение складского учёта, движения ТМЦ и корректности оформления сопроводительной документации . Организация и проведение инвентаризаций, выявление и устранение расхождений. Контроль и выполнение погрузочно-разгрузочных работ, контроль состояния складского оборудования и соблюдения требований охраны труда и пожарной безопасности. Взаимодействие с отделами закупок, производства, логистики и бухгалтерией. Анализ эффективности работы склада, оптимизация складских процессов и подготовка отчётности.

Среднее профессиональное или высшее образование. Опыт работы заведующим складом, начальником склада или на аналогичной должности от 3 лет. Знание принципов организации складского хозяйства, правил приёмки, хранения, учёта и отпуска ТМЦ. Уверенное владение 1С и навыки ведения складского документооборота. Опыт организации и проведения инвентаризаций, выявления и устранения учётных расхождений. Опыт управления складским персоналом, постановки задач и контроля их выполнения. Знание правил организации погрузочно-разгрузочных работ, охраны труда и пожарной безопасности. Навыки рационального размещения ТМЦ и оптимизации складских процессов. Ответственность, внимательность, организованность, самостоятельность в принятии решений и лидерские качества.
