1. Осуществлять подготовку помещений лабораторий отдела контроля качества к работе согласно графику уборки: Подготовка чистых помещений микробиологической лаборатории; Подготовка помещений физико-химической лаборатории. 2. Осуществлять подготовку лабораторной посуды к проведению испытаний по физико-химическим и микробиологическим испытаниям. 3. Осуществлять подготовку моющих и дезинфицирующих растворов для подготовки помещений лабораторий отдела контроля качества. 4. Совместно вести учет моющих, чистящих средств и материалов для обработки помещений, рук персонала, лабораторной посуды. 5. Вести учет лабораторной посуды и материалов: принимать участие в формирование заявки на приобретение; проводить утилизацию лабораторной посуды, имеющей дефекты. 6. Осуществлять подготовку расходных материалов, растворов для испытаний, питательных сред для проведения испытаний объектов контроля по физико-химическим и микробиологическим показателям. 7. Принимать участие в проведении испытаний по контролю технологических сред. 8. Совместно вести учет и регистрацию климатических параметров помещений лабораторий отдела контроля качества. 9. Вести регистрирующую документацию в части выполнения своих обязанностей. 10. Принимать участие в расследовании причин возникновения отклонений физико-химических и микробиологических показателей от спецификаций, возникающих при проведении испытаний. 11. Выполнять мероприятия плана корректирующих и предупреждающих действий. 12. Принимать участие в мероприятиях по анализу рисков в части физико-химических и микробиологических показателей. 13. Обеспечивать надлежащее обслуживание помещений, эксплуатацию и обслуживание лабораторного оборудования.

Образование: среднее специальное/профессиональное образование (химическое, фармацевтическое, биохимическое, химико-технологическое, микробиологическое) Знания: владение ПК на уровне уверенного пользователя, современные средства вычислительной техники, коммуникаций и связи, пакет Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint и т.п.). Ключевые навыки: общие правила работы в лабораториях отдела контроля, порядок подготовки и эксплуатации чистых помещений, лабораторной посуды, работа с основным оборудованием в лабораториях отдела контроля качества (посудомоечная машина, сушильный шкаф, ламинарные шкафы, рН-метр, весы и т.д.), знание GMP и системы менеджмента качества, работа с фармакопеями ГФ, ЕР, USP
