Заведующий мастерской выполняет следующие должностные обязанности:2.1. Осуществляет руководство работой машинно-тракторными мастерскими по ремонту и техническому обслуживанию техники.2.2. Участвует в разработке перспективных и текущих планов ремонта техники.2.3. Возглавляет работу по внедрению систем комплексного регламентированного обслуживания, обеспечивающих своевременную наладку и ремонт техники, по реализации мер, направленных на улучшение ее эксплуатации.2.4. Обеспечивает ритмичную работу мастерской и выполнение ремонтных заданий в установленные сроки, повышение производительности труда, снижение стоимости ремонта при высоком качестве ремонтных работ, эффективное использование основных и оборотных средств.2.5. Организует разработку и доведение до исполнителей плановых заданий и графиков ремонта, контроль за проведением ремонтных работ и испытаний техники, за соблюдением правил эксплуатации, технического обслуживания и надзора за ним.2.6. Проводит работу по совершенствованию организации труда и ремонтного производства, его технологии, механизации и автоматизации процессов, использованию резервов повышения производительности труда и снижению издержек производства

Заведующий мастерской должен знать:- нормативные и методические материалы по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту тракторов, комбайнов, сельскохозяйственных машин, орудий и оборудования в организации;- перспективы технического развития организации;- единую систему планово-предупредительного ремонта и рациональной эксплуатации машинно-тракторного парка;- организацию ремонтных работ и технического обслуживания машинно-тракторными мастерскими;- конструктивные особенности и эксплуатационные характеристики техники;- порядок и методы планирования проведения ремонтных работ;- системы ремонтов и технологию ремонтных работ;
