The posting

- администрировать автоматизированные рабочие места (АРМ), включая рабочие места МИС Статистика, подсистемы ЭМК (Электронная медицинская карта) и АС Электронная регистратура; - проводить своевременное обновление системного и прикладного программного обеспечения (в том числе антивирусного ПО), находящегося в эксплуатации в БУ Шумерлинский ММЦ Минздравсоцразвития Чувашии и филиалах, расположенных на территории г. Шумерля, Шумерлинского, Порецкого районов; - выполнять правила эксплуатации антивирусного ПО и требования антивирусной безопасности в отношении внешних источников и носителей информации, а также сети Интернет, немедленно прекращать работу и информировать своего непосредственного начальника и службу безопасности при подозрениях на вирусное заражение; - в обязательном порядке проводить антивирусный контроль всех носителей информации (дискет, flash-устройств, компакт-дисков и т.п.), которые могут поступать из внешних организаций и других подразделений медицинского учреждения; - не использовать нелицензионное, либо неаттестованное установленным порядком программное обеспечение, а также программное обеспечение, не связанное с выполнением функциональных обязанностей; - Осуществляет работу в пределах своей компетенции по необходимому ремонту печатной или копировальной техники после получения заявки от пользователей. - Организует подготовку ремонтных работ, определяет потребность в запасных частях для ремонта печатной или копировальной техники. - Выполняет работы по ремонту оргтехники как на месте так и на выезде в пределах организации. - Анализирует причины возникновения неисправности в соответствии с техническими нормами. - Разрабатывает предложениям своему непосредственному руководителю по вопросам совершенствования организации ремонтных работ и технического обслуживания оргтехники. - Ведет учет ремонтных работ, составляет необходимую техническую документацию и ведет установленную отчетность и предоставлять непосредственному руководителю. - Выполняет работы по копированию и распечатке бланков и иной документации на копировальных и множительных устройствах организации, после получения заявки от пользователей. - Выполняет монтаж локальной вычислительной сети ЛВС; на высоте до 3 м . - Выполняет монтаж Структурированной кабельной системы (Скс) в пределах здания. - Проводит любые виды монтажных действий по поручению руководства в пределах своей компетенции и образования; - Соблюдает требования безопасности, проходит вводный, первичный и иные установленные виды инструктажа; - Бережно относится к имуществу организации, принимает меры к недопущению его поломки или уничтожения; - Обязан докладывать непосредственному начальству о нештатных ситуациях, производственных травмах, выходе из строя оборудования. - Соблюдать дисциплину труда, технику безопасности и выполнять правила внутреннего распорядка установленного в организации.
