Площадка инициатив — это цифровой продукт для сбора, оценки и реализации идей сотрудников Банка. Она охватывает весь жизненный цикл инициатив — от подачи до оценки эффекта по результатам внедрения. Площадкой пользуются ~200 тыс. сотрудников; ежемесячно на неё поступает ~1,5 тыс. инициатив. Наша команда создаёт новую площадку и готовит её к масштабированию на весь Банк. Уже сегодня AI-агенты и модели берут на себя часть операционной работы: анализируют поступающие инициативы, определяют их тематику и направляют профильным экспертам. Мы координируем разработку, вовлекаем сотрудников и создаём уникальный для рынка продукт, который помогает превращать идеи в реальные изменения. Чем предстоит заниматься: руководить тестированием и доработкой новой площадки, обеспечить её масштабирование на весь Банк выстраивать взаимодействие с руководителями и командами разных блоков Банка, синхронизировать интересы участников площадки организовывать работу кросс-функциональной команды, включающей бизнес-заказчиков, продуктовых и технических специалистов, дизайнеров, аналитиков и экспертов прорабатывать новые клиентские пути и механики площадки: подачу инициатив, экспертизу, приоритизацию, обратную связь и координацию реализации инициатив определять продуктовые и бизнес-метрики, анализировать обратную связь и обеспечивать постоянное развитие продукта готовить материалы, управленческую отчётность и проекты решений для топ-руководства Банка. Ты нам подойдёшь, если: имеешь высшее образование имеешь опыт работы в top-tier consulting firm не менее 2 лет успешно запускал новые продукты, платформы или внутренние сервисы и участвовал в их масштабировании имеешь опыт и/или интересуешься AI и применением AI для трансформации процессов и операционной модели способен выстраивать взаимодействие с большим количеством заинтересованных сторон, включая топ-руководителей используешь нейросети в повседневной работе.
