Организация работы в Управлении операционных рисков; Разработка, внедрение и обновление политик, процедур и методик, определяющих и регулирующих операционный риск и План ОНиВД; Подготовка отчетов по операционному риску и иных необходимых информационных и статистических материалов для Директора Департамента риск-менеджмента, Правления и Наблюдательного совета Банка; Взаимодействие с Банком России, с рейтинговыми агентствами и внешними аудиторами по вопросам, связанным с операционным риском; Подготовка отчетности по операционному риску и операционной надежности для Банка России (формы 0409072, 0409106, 0420720); Расчет размера операционного риска и подготовка отчета о расчете величины бизнес-индикатора и размера операционного риска в соответствии с Положением Банка России № 744-П; Разработка, утверждение и мониторинг КПУР и КИР; Проведение ежегодной качественной оценки ОР (самооценка, сценарный анализ); Работа с базой событий операционного риска (сбор информации, регистрация, обработка, оценка потерь), в т.ч. в части инцидентов операционной надежности.

- Развитые аналитические и организаторские способности, хорошие коммуникативные навыки, стрессоустойчивость, умение работать в команде, стремление к саморазвитию. -Понимание принципов управления ОР, знание нормативных документов в части управления ОР (Положения и Указания Банка России №№ 716-П, 744-П, 850-П, 3624-У, 6406-У), опыт работы с Планом ОНиВД; - Высшее финансовое или экономическое; - Опытный пользователь. Хорошее владение пакетом MS Office (Access, Excel, Power Point, Word, WordPad), работа с электронной почтой (Outlook Express); - Опыт работы в АСУОР Финист-Оперриск; - Опыт работы в банке в сфере операционных рисков не менее 3 лет; - Общие знания банковского дела и банковских бизнес-процессов.
