Электрик-сантехник обязан обеспечивать качественное и своевременное выполнение задач и обязанностей, возложенных на него в соответствии с данной должностной инструкцией:Старший электрик-сантехник обеспечивает эксплуатацию, ремонт и нормальную бесперебойную работу всего электрооборудования, всех сантехнических систем и электрических сетей в здании администрации Нагорского района, производство текущего ремонта в системе отопления, вентиляции, водоснабжения и канализации. Обеспечивать поддержание исправного состояния, безаварийную и надежную работу обслуживаемых устройств и электрооборудования. Производить монтаж новых электрических сетей. Проводить планово-предупредительный ремонт (ППР) электрической части оборудования согласно графику ППР. Выявлять причины износа оборудования и систем, принимать меры по их предупреждению и устранению. Обеспечивать правильную эксплуатацию, своевременный качественный ремонт в соответствии с инструкциями по техническому обслуживанию, действующими техническими условиями и нормами и обслуживать электрические сети.В случае обнаружения неисправностей в работе сантехнических систем и его оборудовании обязан принять все меры к восстановлению нормальной работы системы и немедленно сообщить о происшедшем работодателю. Особое внимание в работе уделять вопросу проведения профилактики, недопущению случаев возникновения аварийных ситуаций. В случае аварийной ситуации, срочных ремонтных работ оказывать посильную практическую помощь. Знать правила и приемы оказания первой помощи при несчастных случаях; поражения электротоком, ожогах и в других случаях. Соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка и режима работы. Соблюдать порядок на рабочем месте, соблюдать правила противопожарной безопасности.Проходить медицинское освидетельствование в сроки, установленные органами здравоохранения, правилами техники безопасности и пожарной безопасности. Выполнять проведение осмотров инженерного оборудования и коммуникации здания перед началом отопительного сезона.Производить устранение неисправностей в системах водоснабжения и канализации, обеспечивать их удовлетворительное функционирование, производить замену прокладок. Выполнять работы по устранению неисправностей по жалобам и обращениям работников администрации. Проходить два раза в год инструктаж по технике безопасности, пожарной безопасности и электробезопасности.
