Проведение медицинских, профилактических медицинских осмотров, медицинского освидетельствования, диспансеризации, диспансерного наблюдения пациентов с заболеваниями и (или) состояниями по профилю "терапия" и контроль эффективности мероприятий по диспансерному наблюдению Направление пациента с заболеванием и (или) состоянием по профилю "терапия" к врачам-специалистам при наличии медицинских показаний с учетом противопоказаний в соответствии с порядками оказания медицинской помощи, клиническими рекомендациями, с учетом стандартов медицинской помощи Определение медицинских показаний к оказанию высокотехнологичной медицинской помощи и направление пациента в медицинскую организацию, оказывающую высокотехнологичную медицинскую помощь в соответствии с Порядком организации оказания высокотехнологичной медицинской помощи с применением единой государственной информационной системы в сфере здравоохранения Оказание медицинской помощи с применением телемедицинских технологий Оформлять медицинскую документацию пациентам с заболеваниями и (или) состояниями по профилю "терапия" для осуществления медико-социальной экспертизы в государственных федеральных учреждениях медико-социальной экспертизыНеобходимые знанияНормативные правовые акты Российской Федерации, регламентирующие порядки проведения медицинской экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности пациентов с заболеваниями и (или) состояниями по профилю "терапия" и по уходу, выдачи листков временной нетрудоспособности Соблюдать правила охраны труда, правила внутреннего трудового распорядка. Систематически повышать квалификацию

Высшее образование - специалитет по специальности "Лечебное дело" завершившим обучение в соответствии с федеральным образовательным стандартом высшего образования после 1 января 2016 г. или Высшее образование - специалитет по специальностям "Педиатрия" или "Лечебное дело",,подготовка в интернатуре и (или) ординатуре по специальности "Терапия" и дополнительное профессиональное образование - профессиональная переподготовка по специальности "Терапия" при наличии подготовки в ординатуре по специальности "Общая врачебная практика (семейная медицина) Свидетельство об аккредитации специалиста по специальности"Терапия" Прохождение обязательных предварительных (при поступлении на работу) и периодических медицинских осмотров (обследований), а также внеочередных медицинских осмотров (обследований) Отсутствие ограничений на занятие профессиональной деятельностью
