Ведущий специалист отдела градостроительного планирования осуществляет: 1) подготовку документов по вопросам, связанных с утверждением документов территориального планирования и градостроительного зонирования, по внесению изменений в Генеральный план и Правила землепользования и застройки; 2) подготовку проектов решений Нижнетагильской городской Думы, постановлений Главы города и Администрации города по документации территориального планирования и градостроительного зонирования; 3) подготовку заключений по вопросам градостроительной деятельности, в том числе по осуществлению действий по градостроительной подготовке территорий существующей застройки с целью: - выявления свободных от прав третьих лиц земельных участков для строительства по инициативе заявителей; - реконструкции объектов капитального строительства по инициативе собственников объектов капитального строительства; - развития застроенных территорий; - комплексного освоения и строительства по инициативе заявителей; - по изменению вида разрешенного использования земельного участка; - предоставления разрешений на отклонения от предельных параметров разрешенного строительства, реконструкции объектов капитального строительства; - предоставления разрешений на условно разрешенные виды использования земельных участков и т.д.

Ведущий специалист отдела градостроительного планирования должен обладать следующими базовыми знаниями: -государственного языка Российской Федерации (русского языка); - правовыми знаниями основ: Конституции Российской Федерации; -- Федерального закона от 20 марта 2025 года № 33-ФЗ Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в единой системе публичной власти и главы 3 Федерального закона от 6 октября 2003 года № 131-ФЗ Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в Российской Федерации; -Федерального закона от 2 марта 2007 года № 25-ФЗ О муниципальной службе в Российской Федерации; -Устава Свердловской области; -Закона Свердловской области от 29 октября 2007 года № 136-ОЗ Об особенностях муниципальной службы на территории Свердловской области, -Устава муниципального округа город Нижний Тагил Свердловской области; Обладать следующими базовыми умениями: -пользования офисной техникой и программным обеспечением, в том числе в сети Интернет, в информационно-правовых системах. -организации и планирования работы, контроля, анализа и прогнозирования последствий принимаемых решений; -рассмотрения, анализа, редактирования и подготовки документации по направлению деятельности, полное и логичное изложение материала; -оперативного выполнения поручений и распоряжений в установленные сроки.
