Оформление приема, перевода и увольнения сотрудников. Подготовка трудовых договоров, дополнительных соглашений, приказов (о приеме, переводе, отпуске, командировке, увольнении), ведение личных карточек (форма Т-2), внесение записей в трудовые книжки и отчетность по электронным трудовым книжкам (ЭТК).2 источника Ведение кадрового учета. Учет личного состава предприятия, формирование и ведение личных дел сотрудников, внесение в них изменений, контроль за актуальностью персональных данных.2 источника Учет рабочего времени. Контроль графиков работы, ведение табелей учета рабочего времени, оформление всех видов отсутствия: ежегодных оплачиваемых отпусков, больничных листов, отгулов, отпусков без сохранения заработной платы. Ведение воинского учета. Постановка на воинский учет, сверка данных с военными комиссариатами, оформление и выдача брони, ведение соответствующей отчетности (для организаций, где это предусмотрено). Работа с архивом. Систематизация кадровых документов, формирование дел для длительного хранения, обеспечение их сохранности и подготовка к передаче в архив организации. Контроль соблюдения законодательства. Проверка соблюдения графиков отпусков, контроль за состоянием трудовой дисциплины в подразделениях, представление установленной отчетности в государственные органы (СФР, центры занятости, военкоматы). Подбор и адаптация персонала. Участие в поиске кандидатов, проведение первичных собеседований, организация процесса адаптации и обучения новых сотрудников, планирование их карьерного роста. Разработка локальных нормативных актов (ЛНА). Участие в создании и обновлении правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, положений об оплате труда, премировании и других внутренних документов.
