Прием и сдача смены. Осуществление оперативного управления эксплуатацией котельных и тепловых сетей. Обеспечение согласованной работы оперативного персонала котельных по поддержанию надежности и экономичности работы оборудования. Принятие мер по выявлению причин нарушения нормальных режимов работы котельных и тепловых сетей, определение мест и характера повреждений, возобновление нормальной работы котельных и тепловых сетей. Принятие и систематизация заявок на вывод из работы оборудования и устройств защиты и автоматики, передача руководству, информирование о результатахпринятых решений. Руководство действиями оперативного персонала при ликвидации аварий, востановлению нормальных режимов работы системы теплоснабжения. Принятие информации о неполадках в системе теплоснабжения. Принятие обращений от потребителей тепловой энергии. Регистрация заявок от потребителей. Координация устранения неполадок на тепловых сетях и в котельных, аварийных ситуаций. Контроль параметров подачи и обратки теплоносителей. Реагирование на инциденты - отключения, отклонения по температуре, аварии. Ведение документации. Работа с компьютером, программами Word и Excel

Желанию быстро обучаться. Прохождение психосвидетельствования (по направлению работодателя) для осуществления деятельности в сфере теплоснабжения..
