Размещением заказов в ERP-системах, в том числе комплексных сделок корпоративного сегмента, обеспечением правильной обработки заказов на продажу, когда требуются скидки, согласования или особые требования; Контролем данных в заказах (ежемесячная проверка; обеспечение соответствия внутренним требованиям заказов, проверка правильности коммерческих предложений, обработка заказов по промо-предложениям; получение необходимых разрешений на основе внутренних правил); Оперативной поддержкой по возникающим вопросам партнеров и команд по продажам; Кросс-функциональным взаимодействием с внутренними отделами (контракты, ценообразование, комплаенс, развитие бизнеса, финансисты, юриспруденция); Взаимодействием с командами по продажам для обеспечения операционной поддержки бизнеса в разрезе размещения заказов или подготовительного этапа сделки; Следить за исполнением SLA; Проводить тренинги для партнеров и команд по продажам (по запросу, при онбординге, при необходимости); Разработкой и актуализацией учебных и сопроводительных материалов для команд бэк-офиса и отдела продаж.

Более 3-х лет опыта работы в роли специалиста бэк-офиса (в сфере информационных технологий/программного обеспечения предпочтителен); Хороший опыт работы с MS Office, особенно Excel; Опыт работы с размещением сложных заказов; Сильные коммуникативные навыки и способность выстраивать эффективные взаимоотношения; Умение взаимодействовать с различными бизнес-командами; Способность проявлять проактивность и позитивный настрой; Способность реагировать и адаптироваться к возможным изменениям приоритетов и сроков; Продвинутое владение английским языком (B2); Умение справляться с большим количеством задач одновременно; Мультизадачность и умение выделять приоритетность; Готовность работать в интенсивных условиях с меняющимися дедлайнами.
